Headlite Shuts Off On Its Own

Ok so I have a 04 busa and when I got the bike the guy said I needed to replace the running lite so I did. But I noticed sometimes the light will just shut off. I will be riding and bam gone sometimes it will come back on after I turn the bike off and sometimes not. I have to use highbeam. Anyone ever have this issue or no a fix or what the problem could be

Standard bulb or HID bulb? Any other electrical mods?

HID bulb, have a pc3, batt tend and tre nothing else

Your HID ballast is the problem. Mine did the same thing when I was running a cheap HID setup with the stock reflector. Go back the a good standard bulb or do a proper retrofit with quality components. It will be more reliable and give you better light down the road where you need it.
