Shirt says 'Hayabusa' on it ?

Hayabusa is all over the UFC. Nothing to do with the cycle! It's too bad, it would be great for Suzuki.

Seems like some sort of infringement.
As an everyday word no but as part of an ad campaign I would think Suzi had rights to anything "Hayabusa"......???

I think Tecmo had a 10 year jump on suzuki with the Hayabusa name.
