Hayabusa GSX1300R gear indicator

Hello there,

I have a Hayabusa GSX 1300R from 1999 and i tried to install a gear indicator from koso but i cant seem to find the wire for the speed signal

There is a black plastic thing on the sprocket cover and that has to be the speed sensor. I see a connector upstream. White arrows. I hope this helps. I've never installed a gear position indicator.

This is a long shot but there is does ...

I found a gear indicator I really like. (features & price) Displays N for neutral and six gears. Doesn't have TRE or smart TRE, which I don't want. (cost)

The gear indicator is a Daytona Nano II.

Questions:

- does it work with Gen I Busa ?
- any known issues ? durability ? reliability ?
- easy to install ?

Also, take a peak at this listing; click here; is this listing for 2 complete Daytona Nano II's units or 1 Daytona Nano II unit with 2 types of connection (speedo & tach) ?
