"Hayabuggy" instrument panel not working

Hi!
My name is João, I´m from Portugal and even though I´m not an Hayabusa owner, I´m an Hayabusa engine user!

I recently bought a buggy, and I´ve adapted an Hayabusa engine (I gess 2000...) to it.
I think all the electronics between engine and instrument panel are correctly connected, but the RPM and speed indicator are "dead"...
Can you help me find the problem?
What are the parts responsible for this functions to work? Are they hard do replace? Are they expensive?

Hope you can help me

Thanks

Welcome to the org, glad you joined from the Facebook reference. If I remember correctly, the rpm is fed from the number 1 cylinder. Cant advise on the speed sensor, but others should be along shortly that can. Do you have a repair manual? Even though the engine is not in a bike, you should be able to use the wiring diagrams and troubleshoot.
