ermmm .... so far i haven't heard of a 00' model being Black/Grey in color ... most of the 00' models are either the Red/Grey or Blue/Silver ones .... i suspect what u've got is a 99 model thats already gone thru replacement of the recalled parts and then sold to u ... have u checked the serial no.s on ur bike and compared them with other the 99' models? Mines a Blue/Silver Canadian model.
I orderd my black&silver busa in september got it on newyears eve build date is 1099 they said i could have ordered it in copper or blue just got warm enough to take it for a spin tonight shure idles rough but other than that seems ok so far. last years bike was a ZRX1100
