hard going in to 5th gear

i have a 2006 with 700miles on it it just dont want to go in to 5th gear hard to get in around 60mph what could be going on

My '07 is the same way, even harder to get into 6th gear. Synthetic oil and some miles will help, rev it to 4000 rpm or so and pre-load the shifter a little before you go for 5th will help too. It's always going to take a good rake on the shifter to get it into those last 2 gears.
