Always love to see guys with busa's on the track. I remember my first time with great relish. It is very addictive stuff. Thanks for sharing with us. You might want to take some lessons on body positions. It will help with stability of bike in critical sections of the track.
The other thing that I found to be very important was to upgrade brake lines, brake pads, and suspension. The busa is a very heavy and extremely powerful bike. That is not such a good combination without some changes. My race bike 750 Suzuki is almost half the CC displacement but almost as fast as the Busa. That should tell you alot about suspension and geometry of bikes.
I spent alot of money on my bike. I put carbon fiber wheels, full race single sided titanium pipe, and race tech's race rear suspension and front resprung and revalved by Race Tech. After dropping almost 60 lbs off of the bike and proper suspension for a big boy on steroids the Busa is nothing like the wallowing pig I rode at Infineon my first time. It is so expensive addiction.
I am proud of any guy who wants to take his bike to the track and learn how to handle this massive engine and techniques of riding fast. Don't let the wife see the receipts...
