Guess where this screw goes.

let see. no,no,no,no, not yours, no,no,no,no,no, not broken-head striped, no,no,no, correct-welded nut, not TRE, no,no,no,no, and no. Clue two, you have to take something off just to get to the rear of something else where this screw is used, also have to unbolt the rear of that said something else just to get at the screw.

I'd say the subframe, stator side. Holds the plastic piece to the subframe on the inside part of the tail section.
 
Another possibility are the switches. Left or right....right next to the one holding the throttle or choke cable.
 
goes in the plate at the front part of the tank  no 32 on the list or maybe 24

ok, here it is. That's the rear of the tank your looking at, nut plate is attached to tank, screw holds onto it. If you looked at one of the online fiche's under, evap system, #7 screw, the screw from hell.

I did that to the screw using the correct screw driver, not kidding. It's like someone sat on that b#### with a 10,000 LB impact wrench for an hour when they installed it. The tank is being painted, everthing had to come off.
