gsxr's o - 60 pub argument

Hi all, does anyone know how the various gsxrs compare in straight line speed 0-60 0-100 1/4 mile and top speed. I have tried looking around the internet and the various other forums, if they are to be believed the 600 is by far the fastest!

more details to the argument. maybe from 0 to 60 when the race starts out and into a wide 90 degree turn.

since the busa is more than twice the engine size does that mean it's twice as fast?

Busa 0-60 speed is 2.5sec / 0-100 in about 5.5
the average 600 0-60 is about 3-3.5sec and 0-100 is 6.5-7sec
1000s are just under 3sec 0-60 I believe..

There is no physical way a 600 is the fastest in a straight line.

Stay away from those arguments

I still always hear how this guy (that has a Harley Sportster 1200 I think) would be able to take me on the start, or hang right with me until 120 mph, THEN I would start to pull on him

Of course he would never try it because it ain't worth him losing his license !!
