GSXR1000 wheels on a 'busa

I'm hunting info. for a friend. What does it take to put 01-02 GSXR1000 wheels on a 'busa? Also, what about the other gen. GSXR1000 wheels?

If you do it, go with the late model wheels. Spacers and machine the brake caliper bracket. I was thinking about doing it but went aftermarket for the additional weight. There are a couple of guys that machine the spacers.

Professor, It is not for my bike. I have one friend with a set of chromed 01-02 GSXR1000 wheels for sale, and another friend with a newly acquired 06 'busa he wants to "bling-up" a little bit. They both came to me asking if it was possible. I told them I thought it was, with something done to the spacers. Any links to what spacers it takes, or who to contact that makes the custom spacers? The search function not working is driving me nuts!

My bike will keep the stock wheels until I can get some light weight, high performance aftermarket wheels. "Bling" is not really my thing.

Just need spacers up front and a spacer for the rear. Along with shaviing your brake brake .125
