Offered $8000 cash and he turned me down. He says KBB shows $10225 for the bike. Says right now he wont come off the $8750.

Tell him he's to close to new and offer to split the difference before you walk. Chances are he didn't give KBB for the bike when he bought it. The '11 is coming out and his 09 will be a 2yo bike! Hate when people have to sell things and all of a sudden they're experts on resale.
