I will handle this the professional way as best as possible.I will not get in a shouting match with you or your friends.This is what I request you do if you want this handled:
Send me the part back whether it's damaged as you say or not.
Send me all the paperwork you requested that I send you when this so called happened(i.e confirmation reciept,insurance reciept,and reciept showing when shipped)
I will then go to my local usps service center and see what I can do.
I also ask that you send me a statement of what you did to resolve this and what the usps said about it.also any paperwork they gave you.
If I can't make anything happen at least I know I tried and will find you another screen or return your $30 you paid not the $75 I insured it for that day.I know from here on out not to insure anything that is not paid to be insured as I wouldn't be sitting here typing this today.
I ship tons of stuff everywhere and it is known that if damage occurs to a item,you have to take all packaging and contents into the service center,not just the item,but same as you recieved it.I would have done anything I could have,but the rules are that the reciever of any damaged product has to take item in,they won't even talk to me.I think you need to correct your info as you never paid for any insurance,you also never paid $75 for any item you have bought from me.I insured the item out of my pocket for $75 in case there was any damage to said item.
Customer Service is all I strive for day in day out and for you to not tell the whole truth is not fair to me or my business.I opened my business here just for that reason.Trust and communication is the backbone of this business and without either your just a splineless flesh.I will bend over backwards to help anyone any time and that is known to many.I think we can work this out in a professional manner if you like,if not let's move on.I am available by phone anyday of the week and not once did you call me like a man and talk to me.Always remember tones through a keyboard are way different than tones through a telephone.I'm here if you wanna talk,if you want to argue please don't call.If anybody else wants to call feel free too,but i will not entertain an arguement from anyone.I hope you all are happy with my decision to speak up and I would have done so earlier if it wasn't busy here.I felt I owed it to my customers and future customers and to my business.
