First off,You brought a good codition used windscreen.I packaged this screen same as any other,and have never had a problem before.I insured the box for you anyways,even though (you) wanted no insurance on the box cause you wanted to keep cost low.I insured it for I think $75 which is what it was worth.Who told them you didn't pay $75 for it?I shipped it to you and you said it was damaged,did you go to usps that day or within a week?If you didn't of course they will deny it,you had ample time to get it back to them .Did you say anything to the postmaster that delivered it?Did you take just the screen down to usps or all packaging and the box?These are questions you ave to ask yourself,did i go to the usps people half cocked or did i go there with a professional attitude?Don't come on here trying to make me look like I'm some bad guy cause I'm not,If there was never any insurace put on the Item like you said Who would you blame???
