The GPS speed skin might be interesting. Video quality looks good (but then, the GoProHD website vid quality is better than anything I've ever gotten from mine).

Downsides that I see..
All mount options are just that.. more $$ options.
Camera size.. big.

Questions..
What video format does it use?
Vid quality.. would like to see some real world captures.
How will it take a beating/dunking/etc.. as in dirt bike usage?

Got my attention, will keep an eye on it for further/future updates.

Has been kinda' worrysome if some of my normal GoPro vids were ever seen by a local judge..

That picture looks looks great in Hi-Def. I just bought the 2010 Tachyon XC. The main reason I didn't go with a Hi Def cam is because the files are so huge to upload/download and edit. I have aPent 4 3.4 Ghz and it still struggles with those Hi def files.

The Tachyon works good for me, decent picture, fast editing for you tube, and in my budget range. I also like that its water proof and shock proof with out any extra outer casing. So I can take it out on the wave runner also!
