Giving credit where credit is due

I want to publicly thank one of the kindest, most generous, big hearted people that I and some of you have had the pleasure to meet. Here is just the list of things this person has done for me:

1. Took in my 2 dogs for a month without taking money or asking for anything in return.

2. Whenever we go out for a ride, he ALWAYS insists on fueling up my bike and my stomach and putting it on his tab.

3. I get a call from this person, says I should swing by. When I get there, he has a brand new tank bag waiting for me and again...asks for nothing in return.

4. I have 7000 miles on my tires and it's getting to be that time to replace them. Well, I get a call from this person and they say "hey, I have two brand new tires...if you pay for the mount and balance, you can have this set"


Some may know him personally as Kevin. Others may only know him through the internet as Lurch. I can't even begin to explain how thankful I am for all that he has done for me. I can only hope that everyone who reads this is lucky enough to meet this great human being. What the world needs is a few more people like Kevin. Thanks for everything Kev!

You Know what, I think that's the biggest thing that keeps me on this Site. I honestly believe that most everyone here truly cares about the welfare of the other members. I feel like a lot of you guys and girls are better friends than some I've known for years. I never thought I'd get to know people through the computer network but, I must say, Thank you guys for being what you are and being a great friend. I feel like wherever I am if I need help, I could call on any of you and you would be there. You can bet I'd be there for you guys.
