GIpro Gear Indicator

I have the plug and play wire harness but it says to connect the black/green wire from the indicator to the green wire from the signal generator. Where is the easiest place to tap into this wire?

No signal wire ??? Just the splice in plugs(no cutting just connects in between the 2 plugs in harness for sensor and a power wire to battery. At least that's how all mine are. Got them on 5 different bikes and looking at one now and all are the same, at least Suzuki anyhow.

You sure you got a real GiPro ? Just asking.

post a pic of yours mine was also plug and play. The plug was under the tank by the frame.

Found it. It sure is tucked away and hard to get at. No camera at home so I can't take a pic.

My GIpro is the X-Type with the GPX-S01 Harness Kit. The speed sensor coupler is plug and play but there is a wire to splice into the signal generator wire. It is a green wire located under the gas tank, tucked in with all the other wires.
