GiPro + ATRE issue (seeking gears)

Hi guys! I have a GiPro gear indicator installed on my K5.
Having such a trouble - it "seeks" gears when i ride on a 3rd.
Thing is that all other gears are indicated good, but only when i switch to 3rd, indicator shows "0" - neutral, or "4", then in a few sec "2", and a random value.
This isn't affected by throttle, i checked.
I "auto-learned" gears a few times, didn't help, also did "manual" learning, no effect too.

Any ideas how to make it work?

P.S. It's "ATRE" is terrible, i turned it off.

I would call their tech support or ask for a new one. I don't care for the TRE myself, but if you're gonna stay with it give them a call.

I will, but the thing is that i live overseas, and it's better for me to find a solution.
Unfortunatly, contacting support usually is same as reading Windows help - interesting but useless
