Getting the bike repaired

Getting the right rotor replaced and both front fork seals and dust caps replace Tuesday. I am having a shop do this. Approximately how long should this take? So I know if Im gonna get ripped a new one. I am looking to spend no more that 140$ on this job. I am paying for labor/time. I have bought all the parts myself. Should be 1-2hrs AT MOST? does this sound right?

fork seals are not easy and require special tools, this might be more then 140.00
I never had them done on a streetbike, only on my dirtbikes.
cost 775.00 for new springs and seals to be installed with a revalve.

shop rates in SoCal r ...70 to 80.oo an Hr. ... so 140.00 is about right for 11/2hr job to 2 Hr. job.. did yah get a .." quote" prior ..too ?
