Getting the bike...HELP!!!

Could you guys be so kind and help me out on all of these? Maybe give me some tips on what to do or websites to go? I tried the motorcycleservices.com and they don't insure 600's. For insurance give State Farm a call. I'm not sure what you mean about title name change. But Your DMV should handle all of your registration needs. Do all these questions mean that you got a bike? If so we want pictures.
