Gettin pics of my bus on here....

Can someone tell me an EASY way of re-sizing my pics. I have em in "my pictures" folder but when I go to put em in the browze box it says the file is too big

I have done it many moons ago but I have forgotten.

if you have a paint program that you can resize your pics, use that.... or if you download the image resize tool from Microsoft you can use that to do it with ease.
