Biden might be the dumbest person to speak on this topic. I pray for all the pizza guys that go to the wrong house late at night, they might catch a "Good blast" when the ring the bell. So now we shoot in the air and if that doesnt work, we run inside the house and blindly shoot through the door, got it. I guess that whole "Know your target" thing was just a fad.
