Gen1 Temp Gauge

New to the forum and yes I did search the threads first for my issue, but nothing was common. My gauge isn't moving at all so I was wondering if it may be the sending unit or temp sensor or are they both the same thing. I'm not sure where it's located. Thanks in advance. 2007.

Think the temp sensor is same in gen one and 2. It is on the back left side of the head. This might be able to give you a start.

This is the gen 1 page for you as well but as Matt said the ohms are the same gen 1 or gen 2

Any news on your temp gauge Poppa_T? I'm actually having the same problem on my 05 busa. My temp gauge doesn't move at all. It wont even sweep like the other gauges when the key is turned on.
