Gen1 Autotune And Slipon Exhaust Question

Have 06 and just installed 4-2-1 Yosh system. Going to get PCV and considered the autotune as well. My questions are:

Will the autotune WB allow me to run a separate gauge?
Is the autotune worth the money?
Can I run a different slip on with the header should I choose to change?

Mods are:

-1+2
All short stacks
small airbox mod
K&N filter
pair delete
4-2-1 Yosh
Sealed ram air tubes to airbox
ECU editor

You would be better off with a good dyno tune and be done with it.

Might want to try these guys, granted it is a 4 hour drive but a good tune is worth the drive. Don't know how they are with Suzuki but they build some bad ass Kawasaki. See if they support ECU Editor and/or Woolich and skip the PCV IMHO.
Then if you felt the need to play with it later you can use this to log AFRs and make changes with the ECU Editor.
