Gen II Shift rod length for quickshifter

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew the shift rod length needed for the HM quickshifter?

They state:

But have the busa down as ~150mm, which would indicate a 100mm shift rod, however, the 150mm is roughly end-end on the threads rather than the actual 'rod' which is around 120mm?
