In my case for starters i recommend to lower the bike, 4 to 1 Exhaust, +2 aluminum sprocket in the rear and lithium battery those are a must.

Full exhaust, Sprint air filter and tune the ECU at the very least.
I have a Moore Mafia tune and I’m happy with it.

The rest depends on your budget and how wild you want to go.

I like them lowered and a little stretched this is my 2022

Bling it to hell and flash away, but for the love of god don't lower or stretch the Gen 3. It'll turn from a sweet handling weapon to a jet-propelled tractor.
I agree with this to an extent. If you lower the bike 3-4 inches and stretch it out more than 6 inches or so, then the handling goes down the drain.
I lowered mine an inch last December and didn't notice any change - but lowering it gave it a more aggressive stance.
Then last month I stretched it about 4 inches to make the rear tire even with the end of the tail. That did have an effect on handling but I'm getting used to it over time. Before the stretch it fell into turns easier than it does now. It's not a big change, but it is noticeable.

I stretched it because the last owner did the tail tidy operation and the rear fender had been removed. This made the bike look awkward and unbalanced with the rear wheel appearing too tucked in towards the middle of the bike.
Stretching the bike has solved that problem entirely. It now looks balanced front and back.
Some say don't stretch the bike. I did it and love the outcome overall.
To each his own.

Can you please post a picture of the bike?

If you got a mail in flash, I wonder if he used my dyno tune or how many bikes have a mirror tune of mine.

It’s a mail in flash but it does a lot. Quick shifter is faster, cooling fans come in sooner, performance is better all the way around. And it’s cheap compared to BT Moto’s tune.
Of course the best thing is a dyno tune but I’m happy with what I have.
Moore Mafia corrected a lot

Yep we’re thinking alike here. Sometimes I look at the bikes for sale on the All Things Chrome website and wish I could afford one of those but they’re $35k+.

Out of those (I don't care for stretched fat tire bikes) the white/red one is nice. If you go fat tire and don't go single sided swingarm you fkd up (uncle Roger voice) lol

What happens if you keep one of those expensive bikes a year or so, then want to sell it?
You’d never get close to what you paid. But I suppose if someone can afford one in the first place then losing money on a resale isn’t a concern.

Heated Grips. First time in 25 years riding with Heated Grips and now I can't imagine touring without them . :D
And you thought I was gonna say turbo it. :D It's the simple things.

If you are used to travelling in “extreme” conditions, add heated gloves and it will change your world

I’ve had heated grips on a couple if BMW’s and they were ok. The only problem was I didn’t have anything to shield the wind from hitting my hands so only the palm was warm.
I’m a fair weather rider anyway so below a certain temp the bike stays in the garage.
