So I try to change the spark plugs on the Gen. 2 Busa and fail miserably, I got stock on the removal of the electrical plug on the left sided of the bike and the unscrewing of the two small screws that are under (What size are they?) if anyone can help me with those issues. It would be greatly appreciated.

To be fair, if you want help with this we need a detailed accurate description and pics uploaded would be very helpful.
If you are a novice in the mechanical sense, take your bike to a reputable shop, it takes a fair bit of skill even to change spark plugs!

if your removing the air box the plug should have a release tab on it. May have to wiggle it free if its never been taking apart before. The w screws which I think you are talking about that are around the throttle bodies is a #2 philips or you can go to ebay and order a #2 japanese size(forgot exactly what is called) and back them off, they do not take them all the way out, then wiggle the airbox free.
