gen 1 swing arm on gen2

Will a gen 1 swing arm fit a gen 2 other than the brake caliper does the chain line up correctly have a 6 over gen 1 swing arm off my 04 trying to see will it fit my 09 other than brake caliper. Been getting mixed answers any info would be great.

i asked the same question a while back and got mixed answers. i think you cna make it work. you need a brake mounting tab and offset spacers for the wheel and or swingarm

Rear rotor is larger on the '09 also
