Gen 1 Led Cluster Front Turn Signals Question - Effect Of One Light Out

HI Guys,

On my '01 I have the LED Clusters that replace the entire front Turn Signal Assemblies. I have an aftermarket LED Brake light with Signals incorporated in them as well. For years, everything worked perfectly, the LEDS blinking normally.

Recently, the bike was powerwashed - I know, bad idea, but I did not do it my buddy's kid did when I was not looking. Immediately afterwards, when I hit my turn signals, left or right, all turn signals blink. Looking around the bike, there is only one LED in the cluster that is out on the left front side. So, the question is this:

Would that one faulty LED within the cluster cause the bike to throw signals all 4 corners? Would that happen if all the turn signals were stock as a warning to check the bulbs?

I am planning to replace the faulty LH Front signal, but before I order it I am wondering if any Gurus out there can confirm my theory.

Here are the front signals I am referring to:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
