When I Got my bike it had a 16t front sprocket already installed. How much of a difference will I notice going back to a stock 17t or even an 18t? Less “zippy” or more?
I have a gen 2, so stock is 18/43 whereas you’re 27/42 I believe stock. I just went 19 front from an 18 and it’s not even noticeable down low. Same thing as when I went 17 from my 16 front, couldn’t even tell.

I did 18/43 stock, and 18/46, 17/46, 17/43 on my gen 2 Busa and Bking.
I liked 18/46 for both.
Rpm's up around 600, and with an ecu flash(more lower rpm timing), the power curve was perfect.
Very responsive, quick and agressive whenever you hit it, but still cruised easy like stock.
The busa still had a175mph ish top end, Bking too, as it has more drag, much less aerodynamic, and not as fun topped out anyway.
A gen2 with a +3 rear sprocket and ecu flash is a different animal.
Highly recomend it.
