Hi guys and girls, I’ve got a head scratching problem with Gen 1 external fuel pump, the pump won’t prime when relay switches on, I’ve got 12.8 volts at pump loom connector when relay switches then goes to 2.8 after few seconds which is correct as far as I can gather,
my thoughts went to faulty pump but I’ve got 3 pumps including 1 brand new that all run with 12.8 volts across them, so I thought must be a faulty connector, disconnected that and hard wired it, result no priming of pump.
So 12.8 volts to connector - connect pump - nothing
12.8 volt to pump - pump runs.
Thoughts or ideas please TIA
