Gen 1 cam chain tensior

Should I replace the CCT with a new OEM? Or go manual? Figure I would ask what route would be better. It has 49,000 miles on it now and I think that is where the little rattle I have in the engine area on the right side is coming from. I took the fairing's off, checked and listened and it sound's like the CCT.

stick with the OEM one that is oil fed

What year is your Busa? The 99s and 2000s had a recall on them. Was yours done?

No probb, 04 with a couple miles.

I replaced mine last yr with OEM, easy replacement, I think with manual u have to be very careful when adjusting the cam.
The OEM has a ratchet system that keeps the tension constant.
Remember if you're buying the OE get a new set of gaskets as well.
