Hi my name's andy I have a 1999 busa and I want to change my front spindle to and slightly newer one could anybody tell me if newer model spindle fits like the Allen key type many thanks andy

The bar what runs through the front wheel mine has that funny type spacer like a funnel shape and a nut the other side it only has one spacer and I've tightened it up as I've rebuilt the bike and the wheel still has play in it all the bearings ECT have been changed
That is what most people call the front axle . . .
You should probably post a picture of what you have because it doesn't sound like a stock setup at all . . . the parts diagram I posted is for a 1999, which is pretty much all Gen 1s . . . and although the part number for the axle itself changed along the way, the basic setup did not.
