Geek meets speed freak

so im remoted in my server (at home) from work using putty and sockscap. I see a mythtv setup at a frieds house and figure wth ill gove it a shot and get my geek on. so made the virtual machine and started setting that up and my system starts moving slow so i check the resource:


its at this point im soooo glad i got that areca RAID card. /flex

if you cant see it, the disk speed is bouncing around 1GB/s

who else got some serious speed at their house? (electronic)

As for computer speed? My giggahertz are running at 7xmegahertz while turning 4 meg of super-ram doubled up on a twin drive
