I saw it on the way to work this morning for 2.63 a gallon....

There is an oil glut in this country due to fracking, etc. The poor economy and extremely high prices have kept consumption down.

I don't know if any of that has been being reported in the news, but it's about dayum time. I'll shut up and sit down when it drops below 40 cents / gal. + taxes.

$2.63 here, but still 2.93 for 87 real gas only. We have 3 stations here where NO Eth is in their gas. Sadly it's always .20 to .30 cents per gal more. But, it cleaned up all the BLACK EXHAUST out of my wifes new Lincoln exhaust pipe  and I get about 3 mpg more on trips

Seems like a cycle lately in prices...they seem to drop slowly then jump .40 cents or so. Then slowly come back down and jump again...why is that?

3.08 out here in the sticks...not sure why we have such high prices out here.

Diesel hasn't moved a penny and is still robbing us at $3.69 a gallon

trasportation fees is why the price is a little higher out in the sticks.

$3.69 / gal for 93 octane without alcohol. We enjoy cheap gas around here. Prices have not dropped locally.
