gas prices/location

i was talkin to a buddy of mine the other day about the rising gas prices(again). i live just outside of memphis, tn and regular is up to $3.05/gal.
he drives over the road and said gas in cali. is over $4/gal
i was just wondering what prices were in different locations of the u.s.
i have a 14 mile to the gal expedition and the busa. thank God for the 45 mile per gallon bike. it will see a lot of miles this year.

Last fill up in NW Indiana was $3.49 for regular. Been at that price for over a week. The no name Apoo gas stations are at $3.39.

its about 30 min north of memphis up hwy 51 north. i'm about 20-30 minutes west of collerville. if you ever get up this way on the busa maybe we could go for a ride. there are some nice roads to ride around here.

$3.35 for 81 octane in Oklahome. But comparing is hard because you don't know what the local and state taxes are compared to each other ! Here on the Indian Reservations it's about  .05 cents cheaper than off the Res, and if you pay cash you get another .03 cent reduction. So for 81 Octane on a reservation it could be as cheap as  $ 3.17

Gas here is 1.20-1.30 per litre, x 4 = 1 US gallon, plus exchange = $5.72 per gallon.

Any you guys are crying ober a 3.00 gallon?

try buying anything big in Canada, the truck I am looking at is 71,000.00 plus tax.

2008 f350 King Ranch loaded minus nav, tires and rims nothing special other than 18".

How much where you guys live? $55,000.00?

Different Tax base and Government Benefits account for a big part of your difference. Like your Health Care, we pay for ours individually and not through our tax base. Well

Are you suggesting that gas prices are market driven? How can that be?
