Gas Cap seal cracking

I've noticed that mine is developing some serious cracking around the outside edge. Has anyone replaced the seal, or does the whole gas cap set need to be replaced?

Don't see separate parts. Guess you need to buy the whole cap. $160- $180 for the Gen 2

If I were you I would say it is time to get a cool looking light weight aftermarket cap. They make them with keyless quarter turn open. You can get them with a lock but I imagine the weight would be closer to OEM.
