Garmin Zumo 550 need mounting ideas

Looking to mount my Zumo 550 from my Goldwing. Has anyone done this with the suction cup mount before. The mount will not stay on the tank due to it odd surface. I found this in Ram Ball mount website but looking for other ideas as well.

I use the suction cup on the inside of my goldwing windsheild all the time.... works fine.

Can I get a model number for the RAM mount being used to mount the GPS? Looking into a Zumo 550 or 600. Nice install of the Tom Tom unit, by the way.
