Hi,
I am having a problem with the signal fuse blowing when I touch either of the brakes.
When it blows it is shutting down the whole gauge cluster, everything.
The only thing I added over the winter is a 99-00 sub frame.
I checked all the wires nothing pintched.
It is forcated for 60 here tomorrow and I want to ride.
Ps it is an 03 anniversary that needs to get out on the road.
Any sugg. would be great, thanks Dennis

You have a short somewhere, has to be. There is a ton of lights/instruments all running thru the same fuse in alot of the busa circuits.

Somewhere in the +side of the brake light circuit, there must be a short.

I can qwik fix you for a ride if you want.
you'll need a couple feet of wire an' inline fuse,etc...

I will have to take it apart tomorrow I was hoping it was a ground or something since it aluminum now and not steel.thanks for the help I'll haveto ride one of the other four bikes.they are just not the BUSA.thanks again,Dennis

I wanted to say thanks to rubbersidedown for the suggestion.

I had it fixed in 10 min. and it was an awesome ride.

PROOF AGAIN THAT THIS BOARD IS GREAT!!

Thanks ,Dennis
