Fuel Pump Prblm

Ok im confused ! Went out to start my 05 busa, turned key on, heard pump prime, hit starter bitton, spun over but no start. Turned key off and back on..NO PRIME?? Key off-on...no prime. Check pump fuse with key off....HOT BOTH SIDES OF FUSE ?!?! Checked plug at pump..NO HOT ?! Not sure what to check from this point ?? HELP !!
