fuel pump  going,going....

The problems i was having with yhe FI code 41,seems to be feul pump.It was locked when I checked it.A little persuation from the staight wire from battery trick,and it started working.Now it sometimes seems like it is running out of gas.No fi lights yet,but it aint running good at times. Is there an aftermarket pump?Or does anyone have a better idea?Help me.....

sounds like you've got those "Low Down Dirty Dog Fuel Pump Blues"....

if you do....no sweat...Narc is an expert...and I've fixed up mine aswell . We used few different parts,but acheived the same thing .

let me know what to do.its not cut off yet,just seems to be running outta gas.also it seems like its harder to crank,engine spinning over slower,6 mos.old battery.how do i fix it?thanks guys.mike

its a 99,black,grey,muzzy full race,airbox mod,fast and fun ,when the fuel pump aint acting up.

Before you do anything check to make sure your battery is holding a charge. If it is then start with cleaning your fuel inject. Then next step is checking your pump. If it has been real hot you might want to wrap the pump in heat shield.
