Fuel Pressure on 08

How would one go about adjusting the fuel pressure on an OEM system on an 08 busa. I am guessing there is a way or some sort of tool to tell you what the exact fuel pressure is.

why do you need to adjust your fuel pressure? what are you trying to do?

One way is to get an aftermarket fuel pump. The other is to mod the fuel pressure regulator.

why do you need to adjust your fuel pressure? what are you trying to do?

I am contemplating a 50hp shot of NOS. I have been pondering all the different suggestions and trying to learn more on the process/technology of NOS/stock bike/motor. I am kinda trying to not buy the second PCIII, but may end up doing and also had been suggested to raise fuel pressure by a trustworthy guy.

Its quite easy to modify the fuel pressure. Just dismantle the stock fuelpump and "crush" the regulator a little bit.
Do a search and you will find pictures.

How about high performance custom spec. injectors? That would save you a lot of guess work, and probably achieve what you are looking for.

Raising the fuel pressure is not going to allow the injectors to meter more fuel than they already do. You may want to be able to modify their pulse width for changing the fuel delivery characteristics.
