Fuel pressure fluctuations?

Hi

Rotrex c30-94 with aeromotive fpr connected to the throttle bodies for vacuum. When I disconnect the vacuum the gauge is solid at 55psi with it connected it generally sits lower and fluctuates rapidly between 45-60psi. Is this normal? could I have a vacuum leak?

Do you have the vac pipe attached to 1 or 4 throttle bodies. It needs all 4.

All 4 calmed it down but it is still leaping around. Plenty more still to fix
