I was riding my bike (03 busa) with no issues and the next day I go to start it and the throttle was stuck about 1/2 way open. I shut it off and the twist throttle won't budge. I removed the choke and 2 throttle cables and cables all move freely. I try to move the throttle body linkage and it moves real slow and is sluggish to return to idle (no cables attached). I checked the TB bores for coking and they are clean.
Is the throttle suppose to snap back without the cables attached? What am I missing and what happened from one day to the next? The only thing I didn't check was he TPS sensor but I have never heard of this seizing.
