ok i have to ask ,,,,,

i see all these nice bikes rigged outand way low in the front, they have 2-2.5 inch of fork tube sticking up on the tripple ,,,,

how are they doing this with out worring about the lower fork tube not clamping ,,

i know and i have posted many time about it ,, the lower fork tapers down a good bit afte about 3/4" so if you drop it 2" you have like maybe 1/2" of clamping on the tube,

or am i wrong. i dont see the clamp closeing up enough to be working on the lower tube ,, so i ask

how are they doing this ?

this is gen2 only

I was under the assumption that you can only go down about 3/4" before it doesn't clamp. I myself would be worried about it but maybe they aren't.

yeah any farther than 3/4 your bottom bolt on the bottom tree starts to loose ,, the forks taper in getting smaller ,

but i still see them pics of these bikes ,just slammed , they look good but do they not know or what how are they doing this with out worry,,

that is why i set my front back to stock 3/4 is not worth the money to me
