Freestyle Contact???

I'm looking at a Motorhead or Freestyle undertail. I sent Dennis an email, but I can't find a way to get ahold of Freestyle? The website order form doesn't work, there is no contact information, and the ebay contact uses their stupid interface (no email contact directly).

Anyone?
