"Free" Bus Ride ??

Apparently it only costs 500K for a "Free" bus ride ... Not trying to pick on any political party here, just thought it was another funny use of the "Free" word as it goes on to describe the actual costs for the "Free" service !!!

Another interesting tid bit was that only 4% of those attending used the service.. I'm wondering if that wasn't a typo ? 4% couldn't be very many people..
