Frame Paint thread?

Ive been lookin for it for 2 days, I know I saw it. Had a black or grey Busa and lots of info. Help!! Heard postal was the man to talk to, true?

He used the DIY bedliner material with the rolling wheel. I think it's all in how you apply it to make it smooth or textured.
