Found a full exhaust at next to nothing. Its in cosmetically in really rough shape, but no big deal to me. I only did a small section to show you pictures of how it will end up incase you're trying to do it as well.

Exhaust has a little surface rust everywhere on it, and only one dent in the pipes.

I'm using a harbor freight 6" polisher with Red Rouge polishing compound and finishing with mothers mag and aluminum polish.

I'll post up more pictures as i do an entire pipe.

NIce work! Frankly though, if I had it to do all over again I would powder coat mine Yoshi. The chrome turns colors and tarnishes from the heat. I may still powder coat it this winter.

get some red sctotch brite rolls (NOT the tiny dremel ones) and it will take alot more of that rust off. The ones i use fit on a drill so they are way bigger than the small dremel ones.

You dont powder coat an exhaust, it needs to be Jet Hot coating!

I think I know why you got it so cheap

Are you only runnin' three cylinders?
