Fork stem mount in mm for a mobile phone.

Please for the love of God can someone help me out, I have a 2008 Hayabusa and want to fit a mobile phone mount so i can use it for for Google maps, music etc. I cannot find a straight answer for the diameter in mm anywhere and any links would be ideal so i can buy a solid one and measurements in mm please.

13.3 to 14.7 mm mount

This assumes the gen 2 yoke hole has the same diameter as the gen 1

Much more solid than the Ram mount with has a rubber mounting system and wiggled around regardless of how much I tightened it.

it simply replaces the head nut on the upper yoke. (with same torque)
and
i controled the nut´s art.-numbers of gen1 and gen2
the no´s are 1:1 equal so the outer thread at both must be the same

plus the 1" double clamp from e.g. ram-mount (or so)
