Fork seals

Wondering how difficult it is to change fork seals? Looks simple. Any special tools? I have one leaking. Not sure what caused it. I did hit a chuck hole a while back at a pretty good clip.

How long does this take and is it a two person job?

I did it in one full day, but I had all the tools made.
I did it myself, and the pic I posted at the end of that instruction thread shows the only place that a second person is needed, and how I got around that.
